Reactivate Account

1. What is the meaning of Dormancy/Dormant Account?
A. If you do not carry out any transaction through our trading account for a period of 12 months across all exchanges, your trading account shall be treated as inactive (Dormant Account)

2. How do I re-activate my Dormant Account?
A. In order to re-activate your dormant account:
1. Execute fresh KYC (click on Dormant Re-KYC link)
2. Submit copy of your proof of identity
3. Submit copy of your address proof
4. Submit proof of bank account
5. Shall have to undergo In Person Verification either physically or through web cam (live environment)

3. When will my Dormant Account re-activate post above steps?
A. Your account will be re-activated after verification of KYC details and post receipt of confirmation of successful UCC upload from respective exchanges

4. What is E-Modify link?
A. This link is used to update/change your existing profile details like address, phone no., e-mail address, bank account details etc. After updating/changing your profile details, kindly ensure to complete IPV. Profile details will be updated after verification of the uploaded documents..
